If we had an internet connection like the one we have today I could have shared more pictures with everyone.
We are now in Amsterdam and have enjoyed a wonderful day in the sun cruising along the canals. We bought a hop on hop off canal boat ticket good for the day. Along with enjoying the cruise we took in Anne Franks House (very sobering) and the Rijks museum enjoying so many wonderful artists. we particularly enjoyed the Rembrant display.
We had planned on going back down town after we had taken the taxi to the hotel yesterday only to find out once we were out here that the train was down for the day and we definiately were not paying that taxi fare again. We enjoyed relaxing, walking around the airport to get our directions for tomorrow, plus it rained yesterday!
