Up bright and early on Saturday so that we could be out in Abbotsford for Zachary's 8:45 game. They had a shut out in the first period which was exciting but went back to normal play for the remainder of the game. Oh well it is good exercise.
Bob and I headed back into town after the game while the kids checked out of their hotel and had some lunch before Zachary's next game.
We stopped at Rona on the way home for new light bulbs for outside and a couple of inside bulbs. The new recessed light bulbs are expensive hope they last a LONG, LONG time. As it turns out the bulbs don't really fit into those recessed outlets, the new bulbs are much smaller. Again not much we can do about it so need to suck it up and use them.
Tracy and family arrived around 6:15. After all the sun and heat we have had there was none left to enjoy the evening on the deck although we did eat outside. We were all glad it had cooled off for sleeping upstairs was much nicer last night. Had a nice but short visit with the kids, they are leaving in the morning for a quick visit with Michelle and then onto one more hocky game.
The boys were the first to use the shower in Gramma's new bathroom. It seemed to work so that was good.
