We were so dissappointed this year as there were so few eagles. We were talking to one of the observers who is out with his big telescope, I guess we picked too cool of a day. On the Sunday before he said there had been about 30 at the viewing site. We were quite excited when we did find an area over where we usually camp at that location we found 5 eagles. They were on our side of the river so were able to get a few pictures to add to our 2010 memory book.

The Eagles have landed - January 6, 2010
