Preparing for our trip One week to go

Lots of Preparation One week less a day and we will be getting on our plane for Ecuador, the time sure got away on us in a hurry! We are making lists and checking them twice hoping that we don't forget anything.

It has been fun reading about all the places we are going, the names are all unfamiliar we don't even know how to pronounce some of them! I am sure we will find out soon enough. One of our neighbours has been to Peru so shared their pictures and some thoughts of their trip. This was most helpful.

We did purchase this new little Acer computer to take with us, but in checking out the hotels online it appears that only one will have wireless. The main reason for the new machine is a place to store pictures so that we have them in two places for security but the Internet will be a bonus. The main reason for the blog today is to check out the new machine to make sure that I can indeed prepare a blog and publish a blog from it. Next entry will either be from Houston while we wait for our plane to Quito or from Quito Ecuador.
